Data Source: Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) daily FTP releases.

Filings Shown: The first number shows filings visible in your current map view. The second number is the total filings for the selected time period based on when the filing was processed by the Division of Corporations, not the actual filing date.

Markers: Each blue circle represents a single business filing. Numbered circles group nearby filings — click to zoom in, or click an individual marker to see business details.

Geocoding: Most locations are geocoded to the street level using the Census Bureau geocoder. Addresses that couldn't be matched are placed at the ZIP code centroid. Some filings may not appear if their address couldn't be geocoded.
