What changes for you
- Ads are coming to some public record pages once our application is approved; Unlimited accounts, including trials and team members, never see them.
- Property assessment rolls are coming to address pages, with a takedown route for anyone named on them.
- Two uses of your account information that we now describe explicitly and ask you to accept: we look at how individual accounts use the site, and, where you have given us a mobile number, a member of our team can call you about your account and our plans.
- Purchased credits no longer expire.
- Disputes: a 60-day informal step before any lawsuit, Volusia County courts, and no jury trial.
We are preparing to add a second public-record source: property assessment rolls from the Florida Department of Revenue. When address pages launch, they will show each parcel's owner name, property values, sale dates and prices, and parcel facts next to the business filings at that address. Anyone named on a roll can ask us to hide their name or a whole address page, with or without an account.
We have applied to show ads from an advertising partner on some pages, and we plan to add Google Analytics alongside our existing analytics. Neither is live yet. The policy describes how they will work so that starting does not need another update. An advertising partner receives only what your browser sends when a page loads an ad or the consent tool, never your name, email address, account or billing information. Unlimited accounts, including trials and team members, do not see ads. You can opt out of personalized ads with a footer link, the Global Privacy Control browser signal, or the partner's own opt-out. Analytics is never used to choose ads.
Two uses of your account information that we now describe explicitly and ask you to accept: we look at how individual accounts use the site, to improve it; and, where we have your mobile number, a member of our team can call you about your account and how you use Sunbiz Daily, including our plans and offers. You can ask us not to call at any time.
The policy now describes service providers and cookies by category. Three new dated pages, Service Providers, Cookies and Browser Storage, and Advertising, name each provider and cookie and say where ads will appear, with a changelog and feed you can subscribe to. Past versions are listed on a new history page.
From this version, material changes are emailed to account holders and shown on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. You are asked to click to accept only when a change needs your consent. The policy also describes, ahead of the features, sign-in providers, services you connect, uploads, teams, referrals, connected records and history, and business websites as a source.
The Terms add a 60-day informal step before any lawsuit and keep Volusia County, Florida courts (or the federal court for the Middle District of Florida) for disputes, with no jury trial. The 60-day step does not apply to small-claims cases or to stopping scraping or unauthorized access, and it pauses any deadline to sue. They add an advertiser disclaimer and a licence to use the Service, and limit your indemnity to claims brought by third parties. The Privacy Policy adds an at-a-glance summary, the EEA/UK rights to restrict, object, port and complain to a supervisory authority, authorized-agent requests, and a postal address.
The Terms also describe, for when we offer it, paying for the API per request with a stablecoin and no account. The price in each payment request governs, payments are final, a prepaid balance is credit for this service only and is refundable to the wallet that paid, and wallet addresses are screened against sanctions lists. A stablecoin payment is recorded on a public blockchain, which nobody can delete.
Prices, plans, free allowances, fees and limits now live on the Pricing page, which the Terms refer to. Nothing about current prices changes, and purchased credits no longer expire. Price changes still apply only to future purchases, credits you hold keep the price you paid, and an increase on an active subscription still comes with 30 days' notice.
Workspace content now includes tags, custom fields, scores and data tables, and anything an AI agent you connect writes is your content. In the product, we never send your workspace content to our AI model provider. Takedowns also reach the record details our Lead Mining workspace captured for users; content users wrote or copied themselves is not changed, except for addresses protected by law. Custom fields, scores and data tables from a paid plan are deleted 30 days after the plan ends. The Terms add rules against profiling or monitoring individuals and storing sensitive personal information, and describe plan trials and limits generally.
Where we ask for it, a verified mobile number becomes part of your account. Automated or AI-voice calls and marketing texts happen only if you tick a separate, optional consent box. We never share phone numbers or your consent with third parties for their marketing, and phone numbers stay out of our logs and analytics.
The policy also lists two-factor authentication data, survey and interview responses, and call recordings where we tell you a call is recorded. It states how long we keep analytics (up to 7 years) and records in our team's AI tools (up to 24 months).

Thank you for using Sunbiz Daily. As one of our founding users, you've helped shape what the site is today.
We're exploring paid access to exports and the API for new accounts. Your account is remaining free at this time: we aim to keep free access for our founding users, and if that ever changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
As part of moving to paid usage, we've updated our Terms of Use to cover credits and paid plans, and our Privacy Policy to explain more clearly what we collect, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
