Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-21 In force
This is the version in force. It took effect on October 21, 2026. All versions · Privacy Policy from this version
About These Terms
Sunbiz Daily is operated by Easy Call Tech, LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of sunbizdaily.com, its exports and its API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, verify your email address, and keep it up to date. Where we ask for one, you must also verify a US mobile phone number you control that can receive texts, when you sign up or before an existing account continues to use some or all of the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, sign-in links and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account and keys. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
- You may not create or use additional accounts, including by using one phone number for several accounts, to obtain more free credits or to get around a limit, suspension or charge. We may merge, restrict or close accounts used this way.
Calls and Texts
By giving us your mobile number, you agree that we can text it to verify it and contact you about your account. A member of our team can call it about your account and how you use Sunbiz Daily, including our plans and offers. We place automated, prerecorded or AI-voice calls, or send marketing texts, only if you tick the separate, optional consent box. That consent is not a condition of creating an account or buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. We call between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. your local time, Monday to Saturday. We tell you at the start of a call if it is recorded or uses an automated or AI voice. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service and Its Data
Sunbiz Daily displays public records published by the Florida Division of Corporations, including corporation, fictitious name and partnership filings, and, where offered, property assessment rolls published by the Florida Department of Revenue, including parcel owners, property values and sales. Sunbiz Daily is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the State of Florida or any county property appraiser.
We provide this data as we receive it. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, that map locations are correct, or that the Service will always be available. Property rolls are published once a year and reflect the roll as of its date, not today. For official records, refer to the Florida Division of Corporations or the county property appraiser. You should independently verify information before relying on it for business, legal or financial decisions.
AI and automated features. Natural-language searches are interpreted by an AI model. Industry labels, matches between records, connections between people, businesses and addresses, property matches, classification codes and map locations are produced by keyword rules, matching rules and AI models. They may be wrong or incomplete and are provided for convenience only.
Personal details in public records. If your personal information appears in a filing or on a property roll, you can ask us to hide it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sunbiz Daily is in beta. We are still building it, so features, limits and availability may change, and the Service may have errors or interruptions. We may offer features to selected users before general release, under additional terms we give you at the time. The commitments in these Terms about prices, founding accounts, credits, notice and refunds still apply.
Third-party services. Some parts of the Service rely on or link to services run by others, such as Stripe for payments and OpenStreetMap for maps. Those services operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Advertising. Once our application to show ads is approved, we show ads from advertising partners on some pages. Accounts on the Unlimited plan, including during a trial of it and every member of a team on it, do not see ads. Where ads appear, how they use information, and your choices about them are described in our Privacy Policy and on our Advertising page. Advertisers choose their own content. We do not endorse advertised products or services, we are not a party to any dealings you have with an advertiser, and we are not responsible for advertisers' content or practices.
Not a consumer reporting agency. Sunbiz Daily is not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report. Do not use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar purposes.
Intellectual property. The underlying public records are not owned by us. The Service itself, including its design, software, compilation and presentation of the data, belongs to Easy Call Tech, LLC and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service or its software, or use our name or logo without our permission.
Free Access, Credits and Founding Accounts
Searching, the interactive map and filing pages are free and do not require an account. Taking records out of the Service is measured in credits. A record is one filing delivered to you: a row in a download, an item in an API list or job result, a line in a bulk file, or a single filing requested through the API. A standard record costs one credit. Enrichments, add-ons and bulk products cost the number of credits shown before you buy or request them.
Prices. Current prices, plans, free allowances, minimums, processing fees and limits are published on our Pricing page and apply from the time of purchase. Price changes apply only to future purchases, and credits you have already bought keep the price you paid for them. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase on an active subscription, and before charges apply to a founding account.
Founding accounts. Accounts created before we began offering paid access ("founding accounts") continue to have free access to exports and the API at this time. We aim to keep it that way, and if that changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any charge applies to your account.
Free credits. Other accounts receive the free credits shown on the Pricing page in each cycle, counted from the day the account was created. Free credits are used before purchased credits, expire at the end of their cycle, do not carry over, have no cash value and are not refundable.
Repeat requests. Repeating the same request (the same address and search parameters) within the repeat window shown on the Pricing page only uses credits for records it did not already return. A request with a different page, filter or date range is a new request.
Not enough credits. If your credits cannot cover a request, an API request is refused and a download includes only the records your credits cover. Downloads and other requests are also subject to size and rate limits described on our pricing and developer pages.
Promotions. We may offer promotional credits or complimentary plans. Unless we say otherwise when we offer them, promotional credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and expire on the date stated.
Buying Credits
- Price. Credits cost the price per credit shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. You can buy them in packs or in any amount between the minimum and maximum shown there.
- Processing fees. The payment processor's fee is added to your purchase at cost, at the rates shown on the Pricing page. The total, including the fee, is shown before you pay. No processing fee is added to a stablecoin payment.
- A credit always pays for one standard record. A price change never changes what a credit you already hold buys.
- Auto top-up. If you turn on auto top-up, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the amount you choose (at least the minimum shown on the Pricing page), plus the processing fee for that method, whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set. If a charge fails, auto top-up is turned off and we email you. You can turn it off at any time.
- No expiry. Purchased credits do not expire. Free and promotional credits expire as stated when they are granted.
Plans
Optional plans, such as Unlimited, are offered at the prices, billing periods and limits shown on the Pricing page, unless a promotion we offer applies. While Unlimited is active, exports and API records do not use credits, though size and rate limits still apply. We never move an account onto a paid plan automatically, except that a trial you started with a payment method converts as described below. Plans can include usage and storage limits shown on the Pricing page; use above a limit is charged as shown there, or we ask you to reduce it.
Trials. If we offer a free trial of a plan, you can take one trial per plan per account. A trial that asks for a payment method converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel first, and we remind you by email before the first charge. A trial that does not ask for one simply ends. When a trial or plan ends, features beyond your plan stop working. Lists, tags, stages and notes stay in your account. Custom fields, scores and data tables are deleted 30 days after the plan or trial ends unless you re-subscribe within those 30 days; we email you when it ends and 7 days before deletion.
The subscription renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, or yearly on an annual plan) and is billed through our payment processor until you cancel. We email you between 30 and 60 days before an annual renewal. You can cancel at any time from your profile page or the payment processor's customer portal; on a stablecoin balance, Unlimited renews by deduction from the balance you hold with us, ends when the balance cannot cover a renewal or when you ask us by signed message, and sends no reminder unless you gave us an email address. After you cancel, Unlimited continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no prorated refunds are given for a partial billing period. If a renewal payment fails, we may keep Unlimited active for a short grace period while payment is retried, after which the account returns to credits.
Refunds
- Unused purchased credits are refunded on request, at the price you paid for them, to the original payment method, including when you ask us to close your account. A prepaid stablecoin balance is refunded to the wallet that paid, in the same stablecoin on the same network, after a request signed by that wallet; per-request stablecoin payments for responses we delivered are not refundable.
- Processing fees paid at purchase are not refunded.
- Free and promotional credits are not refundable.
- Unlimited subscription payments are not refunded for a partial billing period, except as described in the next point.
- If we close your account or discontinue the Service for any reason other than fraud, abuse, a payment dispute or a serious violation of these Terms, we refund your unused purchased credits and the unused portion of any Unlimited period.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment processors, currently Stripe. Easy Call Tech, LLC is the seller for every purchase and subscription and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. We do not store your card or bank account numbers.
Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. If we are required to collect sales or similar taxes, they are added at checkout.
Payment disputes. If a payment is reversed or disputed with your bank or card issuer, we may remove the credits it bought, suspend exports and API access until it is resolved, and recover the value of credits already used. Stablecoin payments cannot be reversed; see Paying with a Stablecoin.
Paying with a Stablecoin
Where we offer it, you can use the API without an account by paying per request with a stablecoin through a payment request your client answers (the x402 protocol). You identify yourself with a crypto wallet address, and sending a paid request accepts these Terms. Each payment request states the price before you pay, and that price governs the request. Easy Call Tech, LLC is the seller, and the payment response, with its transaction ID, is your receipt.
- Price. Per-request use is priced per record with a minimum per request, both stated in the payment request. A prepaid balance buys credits at the standard credit price, from the minimum amount shown. The stated price is the full price: no processing fee is added, we do not charge you network fees, and no tax is added at payment.
- No free credits, and the repeat window applies to prepaid balances only. A per-request payment pays for every request, including a repeat of an earlier one. You are not charged for a request we fail to answer, or for a response that returns no records.
- Final. Blockchain payments are final and cannot be reversed or charged back. A payment sent to the wrong address, network or token cannot be recovered. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys, and we cannot restore a balance whose wallet you lose.
- Your balance is credit for this Service only. It is not stored value, cannot be transferred between wallets, earns nothing, and has no cash value except a refund under Refunds.
- Screening. We or our payment facilitator screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists. We can refuse a payment from a flagged wallet, and hold or return funds where the law requires it.
- Unlimited. Where we offer Unlimited on this rail, it renews from your balance as described under Plans.
API Use
- API access requires an API key. Keep your keys confidential; you are responsible for all requests made with them, including by tools, integrations and AI agents you connect. You choose what each key can do; a key with write access can change or delete your workspace content, so give it only to tools you trust.
- You are responsible for the destinations you connect (such as spreadsheets, automation tools and webhook endpoints), for their security, and for what they do with the data we deliver to them.
- SDKs and sample code we publish are governed by the license that comes with them. Sandbox keys and sandbox data are for testing only.
- API use is subject to the rate limits and other limits described in our developer documentation. Contact us if you need higher limits.
- We may change, limit or retire API versions and endpoints. When a change removes functionality you rely on, we will try to give reasonable advance notice.
How You May Use the Data
You may use records you obtain from the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes such as lead generation, research, and use in your own CRM or internal tools.
You may not:
- republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to build or offer a database, directory, data feed or API that substitutes for or competes with the Service;
- use the data to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar purposes. Sunbiz Daily is not a consumer reporting agency;
- contact people or businesses in violation of laws that apply to you, including laws on telemarketing, text messaging, email marketing and privacy;
- misrepresent the data, its source, or your relationship with Sunbiz Daily or the State of Florida.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- scrape or harvest data from the website pages, or use any means other than exports, the API and our official integrations and tools to take data out of the Service in bulk;
- get around credits, limits, bot checks or other access controls, including by sharing API keys or using multiple accounts;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
- use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten or harm any person or business;
- build or keep profiles of individual people by compiling information about them from the Service and other sources (matching your own business lists against business records, as our upload feature does, is not this);
- use watches, alerts, workspace tools or agents to monitor a particular person rather than a business record;
- store other people's government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information in the Service;
- use the Service for any illegal purpose;
- use the Service from a country subject to US sanctions, or if you are on a US government restricted-party list.
To report misuse of the Service or its data, such as harassment, or a security issue, email [email protected].
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload in the Service, such as saved searches, lead lists, notes, tags, custom fields and scores, data tables, and lists you upload for matching. You give us permission to store and process it to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy; we process uploads on your behalf. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. Content written by an AI agent or tool you connect is your content, and you are responsible for it as if you wrote it, including making sure that anything you record about other people is lawful, accurate and kept only for a legitimate business purpose. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account, or revoke API keys, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if a payment fails or is disputed, or if required by law. We may also discontinue the Service, or close an account for any other reason, with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds on closure are described under Refunds. Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, including How You May Use the Data, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law and disputes, continue to apply.
Disclaimers
The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial or other professional advice.
We back up the Service to recover from failures on our side, but we do not guarantee your content against loss and do not restore individual accounts from backups. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can ask us for a copy of your content at any time.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our providers and delays or gaps in the Florida Division of Corporations' data releases and the Florida Department of Revenue's assessment rolls.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Call Tech, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told they were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Easy Call Tech, LLC from claims brought by third parties, and the losses and expenses they cause, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or its data, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Talk to us first. Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to email a description of the dispute and the relief you want to [email protected], and we agree to do the same to the email address on your account (or the contact address you give us if you have no account). We will both try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days of that email. Any limitations period is paused during those 60 days. This step does not apply to (a) claims in small claims court, (b) claims to collect unpaid fees, or (c) requests for injunctive or other equitable relief to stop unauthorized access, scraping, misuse of the Service, or infringement of intellectual property.
Courts. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Volusia County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue there.
NO JURY TRIAL. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL in any dispute about the Service or these Terms.
Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may change the Service over time. When we change these Terms, we publish a new version with the date it takes effect. For material changes, we tell you on the site and by email before they take effect, with a summary. If you keep using the Service after updated Terms take effect, including through the API or an API key, or without an account, you accept the updated Terms. For API use without an account, the price in each payment request governs that request. We ask you to click to accept a change when it increases what you already pay for an active subscription, adds a charge to credits you already hold, narrows your refund rights or changes where disputes are decided, when our Privacy Policy says a change needs your consent, or where the law requires it. New plans, promotions and price cuts take effect when published on the Pricing page.
Notices and Electronic Communications
You agree that we may provide agreements, notices, receipts and other communications to you electronically, by email to the address on your account or on the site, and by text to your verified mobile number for verification codes, and that these satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Legal notices to us should be sent to [email protected] and to Easy Call Tech, LLC, PO Box 238172, Port Orange, FL 32123.
General
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Pricing page and the other pages these Terms refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
