Service Providers

These providers receive personal information to help us operate Sunbiz Daily. Providers that store information for us store it in the United States. Stripe, Cloudflare, Google and Anthropic also process it in other countries where they operate, and code libraries and map images are served from wherever your browser connects. We add a new provider to this page before it receives personal information. The U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder, which the Privacy Policy names, is not listed here because it receives public business addresses only, never information about you. Categories the Privacy Policy describes ahead of their launch (sign-in providers, monitoring providers, customer support tools, calling and messaging providers, and advertising partners) have no row until we use one, and the changelog records when a row is added.
| Provider | Category | Receives | How | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processors and facilitators | Your name, email address and account ID when you first pay, plus the card or US bank account details you enter. Stripe emails your receipts. Where we offer stablecoin payments, they settle to a Stripe deposit address. | You enter payment details on Stripe-hosted pages. We create purchases, saved payment methods, auto top-up charges, subscriptions and refunds through Stripe's API, and receive signed payment notifications. | Cloudflare | Network security and content delivery | Every request to sunbizdaily.com, including IP address and browser details; bot-check results; our off-site backups; and email content when our primary email provider is unavailable. It works out the country each request comes from, which we pass to our analytics. | Network traffic, the Turnstile script in your browser, and server-to-server calls. Privacy policy · Data-processing terms | Global network |
| Zoho | Email delivery | Recipient address, subject and content of the emails we send. | Server-to-server API calls. Zoho ZeptoMail reports bounces to us. Open and click tracking are off. Privacy policy · Data-processing terms (signed in our Zoho account) | United States |
| Resend | Email delivery | For people who opt in to marketing emails only: email address, first name, which of those emails they want, their unsubscribe links, and the content of the emails we send. | Server-to-server API calls. We keep Resend's list in step with your email preferences and read back unsubscribes made through Resend's own page. Resend reports bounces and spam complaints to us, and we stop sending marketing email to that address. Resend also reports whether an email was delivered. Open and click tracking are off. Privacy policy · Data Processing Addendum (accepted with Resend's terms) | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics | Page views and page leaves, with the address of the page. How you use features, such as the searches you run, the filters you apply and the exports you create: the feature, the option you chose and counts, never the text of a search. The country you are in, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address. PostHog is configured to discard your IP address and not look up your location. When you are signed in and have accepted the Privacy Policy that took effect on October 21, 2026 or a later version: your account ID, email address, account tier, whether yours is a founding account, and account creation date, and the feature use our servers record, such as exports, API requests and saved searches. Staff accounts are excluded. | A PostHog script in your browser and, for signed-in accounts, our servers. Privacy policy · Data-processing terms | United States |
| Google Analytics | Product analytics | Not installed yet; the changelog records the date it starts. Then: page views and page addresses, device and browser details, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address, which Google does not keep. Not linked to your account. Google Signals and ads personalization are turned off, so it is not used to choose ads. Kept for 14 months. | The Google Analytics script in your browser. How Google uses information from partner sites · Data-processing terms | United States and other countries where Google operates |
| Anthropic | AI model provider | In the product: the text of natural-language searches; public business information (names and, where we offer it, business websites) for industry labels and record matching; and counts of new filings, with city names and common words from business names, to write the summaries on our stats reports. None of it includes your name, email, IP address or account ID. Through our team's AI tools: log entries (including IP addresses and pages requested) and, when we look at a specific account or investigate a report of misuse, account and usage information and the workspace content involved. Model training is turned off: the product's API calls run under Anthropic's commercial terms, and the assistant our team uses runs on a consumer Claude plan with its training setting turned off. | API calls from our servers, and the Claude assistant our team uses. Privacy policy · Data-processing terms (API use) | United States and other countries where Anthropic operates |
| Akamai (Linode) | Hosting | All information described in the Privacy Policy, stored on servers we rent. | Hosts our servers and databases. Privacy statement · Data-processing terms | United States |
| unpkg.com, OpenStreetMap | Code library and map providers | Your IP address and browser details, as with any site your browser contacts. | Your browser loads JavaScript libraries from unpkg.com and map images from OpenStreetMap. OSMF privacy policy | Where your browser connects |
Changes to this page
- : Zoho and Resend rows: correction. Our earlier entry said open tracking was on. It is off, so these providers do not add an image to our emails or tell us whether you open one. Click tracking is also off. Resend still reports whether an email was delivered.
- : Zoho and Resend rows: open tracking is now on, so these providers tell us whether you open an email, using a small image that loads from them and shows them your IP address and browser. We keep only that the email was opened and when. Resend also reports whether an email was delivered. Click tracking stays off.
- : PostHog now also receives how you use features, such as the searches you run, the filters you apply and the exports you create (never the text of a search), and the country you are in, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address. Feature use our servers record is sent only for signed-in accounts that accepted the Privacy Policy that took effect on October 21, 2026 or a later version. Cloudflare row: it works out the country each request comes from.
- : No advertising partner has been chosen yet; one will be listed here at least 7 days before its first ad.
- : PostHog row brought in line with the Privacy Policy that took effect on October 21, 2026: since then your account details are sent only when you are signed in and have accepted that version or a later one. What the row called beta status is whether yours is a founding account, which is what that value records. Anthropic row: names the summaries on our stats reports, written from counts of new filings. The list of providers that process information in other countries now includes Google.
- : Resend row now says that Resend reports bounces and spam complaints to us, and that we stop sending marketing email to an address that bounces permanently or reports an email as spam.
- : Resend added as an email delivery provider for marketing emails to people who opt in, starting with release notes. Zoho ZeptoMail keeps sending account, security, billing, policy and alert emails.
- : Page published with Privacy Policy v3. Lists every provider in use, and ahead of their start: Google (AdSense) as our advertising partner and Google Analytics as a second product analytics provider; neither receives anything until the changelog records its start.
- : Anthropic row says which terms cover which use: API calls from the product run under the commercial terms and data-processing addendum; the team assistant runs on a consumer plan with training turned off. The page now notes which categories have no provider yet and that the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder is not listed because it receives public business addresses only.
